Customer Care Center
The Artemis Customer Care Center was built for our clients and by our clients in order to meet their complex technology support needs. Our 24x7 Customer Care Center is located in Chicago, IL and handles remote monitoring, multi-vendor triage, and is the central dispatch center for remote and local field support of complex Virtualization, Storage, and Networking environments.
Remote Monitoring
